Lights camera, action as part two of the 19th Out In Africa Gay and Lesbian Film Festival kicks off from 27th July until the 5th August in Cape Town at the Nu Metro cinema at the V&A Waterfront. A great line up is expected of South African, German, British, Canadian, French, Australian and American films of which two are Teddy Award winners, Absent in 2011 and Keep the Lights On in 2012.
