“Africa on a Plate” is a new African cooking/travel web series hosted by one of South Africa’s hottest young chefs, Lentswe Bhengu. A graduate of The Culinary Academy and currently working at The Roundhouse in Camp’s Bay, Lentswe takes a break from his intense & passionate job to explore the real world of African cuisine. Delving into everything from sheep’s head (smileys), to bunny-chows from Durban, to deliciously grilled yellowtail, Lenstwe shows us how it’s done! The Best Fairtrade Red goes to Stellenrust Timeless Red Blend 2008, and the Best Fairtrade white goes to Bosman Family Vineyards’ Sur Lie Chenin Blanc 2011.
