In a Kingdom not so far away is a Princess who is passionate about Pesto.
It all started a few years back…
Princess Kathleen Quillinan had a side-line teaching career in Opera singing and Music. She had always loved cooking and started making some small home industry goodies to sell at her son’s school to make some extra cash.
She had mastered the art of making damn-fine Pesto’s, and they were always sold out first. Friends and family urged her to sell her magic pesto-potion to local stores.
And the rest of the story, as they say is history…
The Princess has now moved to an understated castle in Muizenberg, where she and her 30 little Princess fairies make a whopping 7 Tons of Pesto a month!

Pesto spread on a jam tomato cut in half, drizzled with olive oil and then braaied on a low heat on a charcoal fire. Hmmmm, you''ll eat your fingers off it so delicious. Nice as a starter.
