The J&B Met 2013

It’s that time again fabulous folks, the most glamorous horse racing event of the year, the one, the only, the J&B Met 2013. Now in its 35th year the J&B Met is a must-attend-event to rub shoulders with the Cape’s elite. While the horseracing itself is extremely popular, the J&B Met combines this with the most stylish fashion, glamour and fun.

J&B Met 2013

Since the beginning the J&B Met has been a classy spectacle, which has grown to attract more than 50 000 people to the picturesque setting of Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town. This intense and vibrant gathering of the rich and famous, fashion junkies and those who seek the thrill of the thundering hooves of the majestic thoroughbreds as they compete for glory in the greatest race on the Southern tip of Africa is enveloped in a cauldron of sensual excess that sets the pulse racing.

Each year the J&B Met selects a saucy theme – the theme for this years J&B Met taking place on the 2nd of February 2013 is –  Made To Fly – with the same passion as seen through the years you are urged to dress in the most groundbreaking outfits to accentuate your fly personalities.
