Goodbye grey, gloomy days of winter and Hello spring! Celebrate the start of spring by heading to the Laborie Lazy Days’ Market, for their fun filled spring-inspired market this Saturday, 1st September.
Expect freshly baked breads, coffee, cheese, olives, honey and charcuterie. From mouth-watering food stalls to arts and craft exhibitors – it is all happening at Laborie! Chef Matthew Gordon, resident chef at Harvest, the restaurant at Laborie, will be treating foodies to a cooking demo, as the flowers are in full bloom he will show you how to cook with these edible garden beauties. Laborie is also supporting National Arbour Week and you can contribute by planting a tree or two. Or if you are into the arts check out the permanent Cecil Skotnes art exhibition, featuring 30 works by this highly acclaimed South African artist!
As an added attraction you will be the first to taste the Laborie Lazy Days wine range which will be launched at this special spring market. The range consists of a Rosé, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, and will be released just in time to enjoy during our picture perfect summer days.
