Mincing it up – The Dogs Bollocks Burgers

The Dogs Bollocks Burger joint, Cape TownThe Dogs Bollocks is making mince meat out of the Cape Town burger community. The recipe to success? Simple really… an unpretentious atmosphere and simply delicious burgers. The Dogs Bollocks is snuggled between two buildings in a garage-come-alley at no 6 Roodehek Street, Gardens, just off Buitenkant Street.

The brainchild behind the Dogs Bollocks burgers is none other than esteemed restaurateur Nigel Woods. His hands on approach keeps him busy flipping the limited amount of fifty burgers a night. Picture the burger of you dreams, jam-packed with all the yuminess you can imagine – oozing deliciousness, tightly wrapped up snug as a bug in a sheet of newsprint – ready for you to devour. Salivating much?

These larney burgers are priced at a lip-smacking 55 Rond, there is an awesome selection on offer (keeping in mind there are only 50 fresh buggers made per evening) including; traditional cheese, po boy, jalapeno cheese, and an old-school style mega slider. They truely are ALL the Dogs Bollocks!
