Durbanville Hills’ cellarmaster Martin Moore, well-known for his culinary skills and love of all things food and wine, will share his palate secrets with you at an extraordinary discovery of ‘miss vs bliss’ tasting.
Join Martin in discovering the versatility of food when paired with the correct wines and along the way you will come to understand which work blissfully and which are best given a miss.
The ‘miss vs bliss’ tasting is an interactive and fun evening lead by your palate and includes a selection of nibbles paired with six wines. The tasting will be followed by moreish chicken and mushroom stroganoff pie with a sour cream pastry lid, chef’s salad and bread rolls.
