Jobs: Soccer World Cup 2010

Our client, a contracted operator for FIFA World Cup 2010 has over 500 jobs available for the duration of the Soccer World Cup.

Our company has been contracted to recruit full time contract employees for these positions. Vacancies range from supervisory, hospitality, logistics, supporting staff and hostesses. The contract will run for the duration of the 2010 Soccer World Cup. We are specifically targeting students in the travel & tourism field.

  2. I am khutso!I am currently doing B-Tech in Tourism Management at Tshwane University of Technology, majoring in travel and tour practice, travel and tourism management and tourism development. I was trained for six months as a Tour guide at Transvaal Museum and worked as a switchboard operator and receptionist at BCD travel for two months.
    I am young, vibrant, responsible, creative and hard working person. I can work under pressure and be able to execute my duties. I am computer literate, a good team player with a leadership skills gained during my years at university.
    Some of the courses that I already passed includes: Fares & Ticketing, Travel and Tour Operations, Pastel in Accounting, Summit, Quick Trav, GPS, GIS and Microsoft project.
    If I am afforded an opportunity to join your organization I will bring on board a wealth of knowledge and skills that will enhance productivity.

    I would be very pleased to work for you during the World Cup 2010 in South Africa. I have already worked for the last 6 years as a VIP or event hostess (for example on fairs)and done a lot of promotion stuff. I am half french, half german, so both languages are my mother tongue. My english is very fluent because i lived in Australia. I would be available from May to July. If you give me a job, I would come to South Africa for sure!
